ORDERS
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
- You will receive an order confirmation email along with your invoice. Please check your spam inbox.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
- Orders placed on sendukids.com are processed Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or during public holidays may take a little longer to be processed.
CAN I MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO MY ORDER AFTER ITS BEEN PLACED?
- Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS?
- Once your order is placed, we are unable to combine shipments on multiple orders.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM WILL FIT?
- For the best fit, please visit our size guide. Additional fit details with measurements are also found on the product page specific to the item.
- Measurements are displayed in centimetres(CM) unless otherwise noted. For assistance, please contact us through email at contact@sendukids.com.
MY ORDER IS A GIFT, DO YOU INCLUDE THE PRICE IN THE PACKAGE?
- We do not include prices on our packing slips or products.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE?
- We accept all major credit cards like Visa and MasterCard. Other payment methods are also available like: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Union Pay and PayNow.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- Yes. Please check if shipping is available for your country here
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS?
- For orders within Singapore, they will be delivered via Qxpress.
- International orders will be delivered by Qxpress or Speedpost Economy. Rates will be reflected at checkout. We will notify you of the delivery provider handling your parcel in the tracking details.
- We do not offer standard, untracked shipping.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?
- Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
